Chris Harding is a corporate partner in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Harding earned his Juris Doctor from University of Virginia School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in History, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Harding was a partner of Kirkland & Ellis and his representative transactions include those he led there.
