Jessica Matsuda is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office where she practices in the Litigation Department.
She graduated summa cum laude from the Washington and Lee School of Law in 2023, receiving the John W. Davis Prize for Law awarded to the student with the highest cumulative grade point average. During law school, Jessica served as a student attorney in the law school’s Criminal Justice Clinic, a Senior Articles Editor on the Law Review, and the Appellate Advocacy Chair on the Moot Court Board. During law school, Jessica also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Amy Berman Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Thomas T. Cullen of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
