Yana Nebuchina is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She represents clients in the technology, retail, life sciences, and finance industries in corporate transactions, litigation, arbitration, and internal investigations. Yana maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals around the country, as well as local community members, in both administrative and state courts.
She earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 2020. While in law school, she served as an editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review and as a Research Assistant to Professor Howard Bromberg. Yana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the College of Creative Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2013.
