BIOGRAPHY

Pooja R. Patel is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, where she focuses on complex civil litigation, antitrust and class action matters. 

Pooja’s practice focuses on antitrust and competition litigation, including internal and regulatory investigations and merger and acquisition litigation. She also has experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation and class action matters in both state and federal courts. Her experience includes work on various cases involving RICO claims, securities fraud, and contract disputes. Pooja is also actively involved in the firm’s pro bono practice.

Pooja received her law degree from Duke University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and as a Content Editor of the Duke Law & Technology Review. She also served on the board for the Women Law Students Association.

Pooja graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Political Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. She is fully conversant in Gujarati and Hindi.

Pooja is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
