Ann-Katrin Pfeifer is an associate in the Munich office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group.

As a certified lawyer for labor law, Ann-Katrin advises national and international clients on all matters of individual and collective labor law as well as on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions and post-merger integration. She focuses, among others, on advising on transfers of undertakings, restructurings, staff reductions and matters of works constitution law. In addition, she has extensive experience in conducting reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations, drafting employment and service agreements and termination agreements as well as in labor court litigation nationwide before the labor courts.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ann-Katrin worked at a renowned international law firm as Associate. She studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University, Munich, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Bristol. She has been admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) since 2017 and as a certified lawyer for labor law since 2021. In addition to her native German, Ann-Katrin is fluent in English.
