Jordan Rex is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups, where he represents both public and private companies and financial sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, recapitalizations and other complex corporate transactions, and advising on general corporate matters.
Jordan earned his law degree magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as Associate Editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review and Managing Submissions Editor of the Brigham Young University Journal of Public Law. He earned his B.A. from Utah Tech University in 2015.
