Jordan Rex is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance practice groups. His practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and public and private capital markets transactions.
Mr. Rex earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he served as Associate Editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Rex served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carolyn B. McHugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit as well as for Chief Judge Barbara M. G. Lynn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court.
