Andrew Watson is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking, capital markets and general corporate matters.
Andrew graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as an Associate Editor on the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review. While in law school, Andrew worked as a member of the Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he focused on representing student-athletes in Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals as a founding member of the Clinic’s NIL Program. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut, where he majored in both Political Science and Philosophy and earned a minor in English.
