Andrew Webb

Associate Attorney

Andrew Webb is an Associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is member of the firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation Practice Groups.

Andrew assists clients in a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, non-compete and trade secrets, and wage and hour. Beyond litigation, Andrew also advises employers on navigating federal and state WARN requirements and complying with leave laws.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 2022, where he served as an associate editor on the Alaska Law Review. Andrew graduated summa cum laude in 2018 from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literature.

Andrew is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Southern District of New York.
