Howard Xin is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he practices in the firm’s Corporate Transactions Practice Group. Howard advises issuers and investors in connection with public and private financing transactions, including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, convertible note offerings, at-the-market offerings and PIPE transactions. He also has experience advising clients and boards of directors in connection with a wide range of general and complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and corporate governance.
Howard earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and his Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business. He also earned his Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Howard was an associate in the Toronto office of a leading Canadian law firm, where he practiced securities and general corporate law in the context of Canadian and cross-border matters.
Howard is admitted to practice law in the State of California and is also a member of the bar of Ontario, Canada.
