Intellectual Property Appellate and Constitutional Law Litigation

BIOGRAPHY

Audrey Yang is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Groups.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Audrey served as law clerk to the Honorable Alan D. Lourie of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before her clerkship, Audrey was an IP litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Audrey earned her law degree from The University of Chicago Law School, where she served as Comments Editor and Topic Access Editor of The University of Chicago Legal Forum. Prior to law school, she worked in the IT risk and security department at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as an IT risk and cybersecurity consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Audrey graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering.

Audrey is a member of the New York and Texas bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
