Mylan Denerstein and Randy Mastro Named to City & State New York’s 2019 Law Power 50 List

New York partners Mylan Denerstein and Randy Mastro were named to City & State New York’s 2019 Law Power 50 List, recognizing the “50 most powerful people in New York politics working in law.” This inaugural list “highlights the breadth and versatility of the legal profession.” The list was published on May 13, 2019.

Mylan Denerstein, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Public Policy Practice Group, handles a broad range of complex litigation, as well as white collar, legislative and investigation matters.  She represents diverse companies confronted with a wide range of legal issues involving local, state and federal government.  Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, she served as Counsel to New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo.  In this role she acted as the Governor’s chief counsel and principal legal advisor.

Randy Mastro, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, routinely ranks among the nation’s leading litigators and trial lawyers in surveys of corporate counsel and other practitioners. He has tried dozens of cases in private practice and as a federal prosecutor, and he has also argued more than 100 appeals in federal and state appellate courts throughout the country.
