Benchmark Litigation named Theane Evangelis, Joshua Lipshutz and Jason Schwartz to its list of the 2025 Top 50 Labor & Employment Litigators, which features lawyers who have been recognized for their exceptional reputations and achievements in labor and employment litigation. The list was published on October 3, 2024.

Theane Evangelis is Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn’s global Litigation Practice Group and one of the country’s leading litigators. She represents clients in federal and state courts throughout the nation in a wide spectrum of cases and has argued and won high-profile, groundbreaking appeals across the country, including in the Supreme Court of the United States.

Joshua Lipshutz serves as Chief Operating Officer of Gibson Dunn. He practices in the Firm’s Litigation Department, and the Appellate and Constitutional Law, Privacy and Cybersecurity, and Class Actions Practice Groups. His practice focuses primarily on constitutional, class action, data privacy, and securities-related matters.

Jason Schwartz is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.
