The American Lawyer (subscription required) reported that Gibson Dunn is representing NPR in its lawsuit against the Trump administration’s executive order aiming to defund NPR and PBS. The complaint was undersigned by partners Miguel Estrada and Ted Boutrous.
In a statement, Ted said that the executive order is “blatantly unconstitutional.”
