Gibson Dunn’s U.S. Supreme Court Round-Up provides summaries of cases decided during the October 2025 Term, provides an overview of cases being argued during the October 2026 Term, and highlights other key developments on the Court’s docket. During the October 2025 Term, the Court heard 64 oral arguments, released 56 opinions, and dismissed one case after argument as improvidently granted. To date, for the October 2026 Term, the Court has granted 25 petitions for a total of 24 arguments.
