Gibson Dunn Advises KKR and Inovia on $130 Million Investment into Guesty

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP advised global private equity firm KKR and global VC firm Inovia Capital on their participation in the $130 million Series F financing round in Guesty Inc., a leading property management platform for short-term rentals.

This new round of funding will support continued development of Guesty’s enterprise-level platform for property managers and drive market consolidation to grow the company’s global footprint. Guesty will invest in expanding across the US and in catering to the European market.
