Century City partner Ari Lanin and Los Angeles partner Benyamin Ross were named to Variety’s 2018 Dealmakers Impact Report, which profiles the entertainment industry’s top attorneys, executives, managers and financiers. They were recognized for representing some of the industry’s major players and their deals including WndrCo in the formation of and $1 billion initial capital raise for its NewTV project. Lanin advises companies, private equity firms and investment banks, focusing on public and private merger transactions, stock and asset sales, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, contests for corporate control and public and private capital-raising transactions. Ross advises companies, private equity and venture capital firms in mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, restructuring transactions and general commercial agreements.
