Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP advised global private equity firm KKR on its primary investment in Guesty Inc., a leading property management platform for short-term rentals.
This new round of funding will support continued development of Guesty’s enterprise-level platform for property managers and drive market consolidation to grow the company’s global footprint. Guesty will invest in expanding across the US and in catering to the European market.
