Four Gibson Dunn Attorneys Named in The Dallas 500

The Dallas 500, an annual publication by the editors of D CEO, has recognized four partners among the 500 “most powerful business leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth”:

  • Jeffrey Chapman – Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn’s Global Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group, Chapman represents private equity firms and public and private companies in diverse cross-border and domestic transactions in a broad range of industries.
  • Ron Kirk – Co-Chair of the International Trade Practice Group, Kirk focuses on providing strategic advice to companies with global interests and draws upon more than 30 years of diverse legislative and economic experience on local, state and federal levels.  He previously served as the 16th United States Trade Representative and was a member of President Obama’s Cabinet, serving as the President’s principal trade advisor, negotiator and spokesperson on trade issues.
  • Robert Walters – Walters leads the firm’s Dallas office.  He is a trial partner with extensive experience and success in antitrust, securities, class action, and business litigation and is nationally recognized for his abilities and accomplishments as a trial and antitrust lawyer.
