Gibson Dunn Advised EQT’s Scaleup Europe Fund on Lead Investment in Tandem Health’s Series B Financing

Gibson Dunn advised the Scaleup Europe Fund, managed by EQT, in connection with its lead investment in Tandem Health AB’s Series B financing. Founded in Stockholm, Tandem Health is a European healthtech company whose AI medical assistant is used by more than 10,000 care organizations across 14 European markets. The investment marks the Scaleup Europe Fund’s first investment in healthcare AI. Existing investors Kinnevik, Northzone, Amino Collective, and Visionaries also participated in the round.
