Gibson Dunn represented True Wind Capital in the recapitalization of AIA Contract Documents alongside Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. The investment aims to support AIA’s continued digital innovation and further strengthen its leadership in providing contract and risk management solutions to the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
