Gibson Dunn Wins Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice Proposed Nationwide Class Action Against Hillrom Companies

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has granted Gibson Dunn’s motion to dismiss with prejudice a proposed nationwide class action by U.S. hospital systems against the Hillrom companies.
Gibson Dunn represented the Hillrom companies as lead counsel.
