Based in any U.S. Office, the Business & Operations Analyst will be responsible for data analysis, process optimization, reporting, and strategic thinking.

This role reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, review, and distribute regular operational and management reports and updates.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and offices to provide key data as requested.
  • Ad-hoc project management, research, analysis and execution.
  • Prepare responses to survey and other client requests.
  • Identify and implement process improvements proactively.
  • Research, analyze, and interpret information and data to make recommendations to management.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports, presentations and analysis independently.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, problem solving and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to understand, execute, and communicate complex concepts, including financial literacy.
  • Strong technology skills, including MS Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel) and AI applications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database structure is a plus.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of related work experience in a professional environment; law firm experience is a plus.
  • Experience or working knowledge of marketing, financial, technology, project management and strategy concepts desired.
  • Representative projects: Strategy development; company, competitor, industry, market analysis; program development and implementation.

Compensation & Benefits:

The annual compensation range for this position is $95-115k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
