Stéphane Frank is a French qualified lawyer and member of the Brussels Bar. He is a partner based in the Brussels office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and specializes in EU and French Competition Law.
Stéphane has significant experience in abuse of dominance, cartel enforcement and other behavioral matters. He has advised a variety of clients active in the technology, financial, chemicals, heavy industry, energy, and aeronautics sectors.
Stéphane also has broad experience in merger control in Europe and in the coordination of global multi-jurisdictional merger filings. He has appellate experience before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
