Antitrust and Competition Litigation

BIOGRAPHY

Stéphane Frank is a French qualified lawyer and member of the Brussels Bar. He is based in the Brussels office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and specializes in French and EU Competition Law.

Mr. Frank has significant experience in general EU antitrust, abuse of dominance, vertical agreements, cartel enforcement and other behavioral matters. He has advised a variety of clients active in the technology, financial, chemicals, heavy industry, and aviation sectors.

Mr. Frank also has broad experience in merger control in Europe and in the coordination of global multi-jurisdictional merger filings.

He has appellate experience before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Frank spent six years as a member of another major international law firm in Brussels. He also spent two-and-a-half years in the Brussels office of another major US firm.

He speaks fluent English and French.
