Erica L. Jansson is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ms. Jansson earned her law degree from Southwestern Law School, graduating summa cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Jansson served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southwestern Law Review and Chair of the Moot Court Honors Program and was a Teaching Assistant for Business Associations, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Criminal Law, and Torts. Additionally, she externed for Chief Judge Philip Gutierrez in the Central District of California and received the 2019 Judge Barry Federal Practice Award. Ms. Jansson has also accepted a 2022-2023 clerkship with Chief Judge Gutierrez.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Jansson taught at the Harvard-Westlake School. Further, she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance and Choreography with a Minor in Social Sciences from California Institute of the Arts.
Ms. Jansson is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
