Alexis Levine is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson Dunn and is a member of the Capital Markets, FinTech and Digital Assets, Financial Regulatory and Derivatives Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on securities offerings and the representation of financial technology and blockchain companies on regulatory and transactional matters related to derivatives, commodities, and securities. She also counsels clients on general corporate matters.
Alexis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she served as an Associate Editor on the Journal of Constitutional Law. While in law school, she earned the Wharton Certificate in Management and the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award. Alexis received her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, where she majored in both Government and Psychology and earned a minor in Business.
