Andrew Mitchell is a litigation associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, Andrew served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond M. Kethledge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable Mark T. Pittman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Andrew earned his J.D. with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as the Chief Notes Editor for the Texas Law Review and as the Submissions Editor for the Texas Review of Law and Politics. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team. Prior to law school, Andrew played professional baseball in the Chicago White Sox organization.
Andrew is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
