Nicolás Rodríguez is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Nico earned his Juris Doctor, from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as the Executive Essays Editor of the Columbia Law Review. He competed as a member of the Latinx Law Students Association Moot Court team, where he was recognized as the top oral advocate of the 14th Annual Asylum and Refugee Law Competition at UC Davis. While in law school he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Raymond J. Lohier, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
In 2019, Nico received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science as well as Southwestern and Mexican Studies from Austin College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
He is admitted to practice law in Texas and the District of Columbia.
