As the Supreme Court continues its 2017 Term, Gibson Dunn’s Supreme Court Round-Up is summarizing the issues presented in the cases on the Court’s docket and the opinions in the cases the Court has already decided. The Court has accepted 64 cases for argument this Term, and has heard arguments in 51 cases. Gibson Dunn has presented one oral argument this Term and has two arguments this month, in addition to being involved in ten cases as counsel for amici curiae. In addition, the Court has granted certiorari in eight cases for the 2018 Term, and Gibson Dunn is counsel for the petitioner in one of those cases.
