Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is advising CenterOak Partners LLC, a Dallas-based private equity firm, in its majority recapitalization of HK Solutions Group, a leading regional provider of infrastructure maintenance services for municipal and industrial customers primarily in the Midwest.
