Kyle Neema Guest is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the firm’s Environmental Litigation and Mass Tort Practice Group and Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group.
Mr. Guest advises the firm’s clients on environmental, health & safety regulatory compliance and liability issues, particularly in the context of mergers & acquisitions, energy and infrastructure project financings, capital markets transactions, and corporate restructurings. He has experience negotiating key transactional documents for buyers, sellers, and financiers in the oil & gas, renewable energy, waste management, manufacturing, and financial sectors, among others. Mr. Guest regularly leads environmental due diligence assessments in complex transactions and has experience guiding transactional clients through post-diligence processes such as indemnity disputes, permit transfers, and environmental insurance policy procurement. Mr. Guest also has experience in environmental litigation, including coordinating a defense against asbestos claims.
Mr. Guest graduated with high honors from Texas Law, where he was named a Chancellor and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia, where he completed a double major in Environmental Thought & Practice and Economics.
Mr. Guest is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the District of Columbia.
