Kyle Neema Guest is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the firm’s Environmental Litigation and Mass Tort Practice Group and Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group.
Mr. Guest advises the firm’s clients regarding compliance with federal and state environmental, wildlife & natural resource protection, and occupational health & safety laws, including in the context of mergers & acquisitions, energy and infrastructure project financings, capital markets transactions, and corporate restructurings. He has experience counseling clients during enforcement proceedings and negotiating key transactional documents for buyers, sellers, and financiers operating in the renewable energy, oil & gas, industrial, commercial real estate, and waste management sectors, among others. Mr. Guest regularly leads environmental and occupational health & safety due diligence assessments in complex transactions and has experience guiding transactional clients through environmental indemnity disputes, permit transfers, and environmental insurance policy procurement. Mr. Guest also has experience with environmental investigations and litigation and performs coordinating counsel duties for a global client.
Mr. Guest graduated with high honors from Texas Law, where he was named a Chancellor and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia, where he completed a double major in Environmental Thought & Practice and Economics.
Mr. Guest is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the District of Columbia.
