Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP advised California-based global sciences platform Gamma Biosciences, formed by global investment firm KKR, on the sale of its operating company Astrea Bioseparations in exchange for newly issued shares in Swedish life sciences company Biotage AB, creating a global chromatography leader.
