Forbes named Los Angeles partner Theodore Boutrous, New York partner Orin Snyder and Washington, D.C. partner Jason Schwartz to its inaugural America’s Top 200 Lawyers 2024 list, “a collection of elite lawyers who have been involved in the most consequential recent cases, deals or legal trends.” The publication also noted that they are “change agents in every corner of the profession—whether through breakthrough deals, blockbuster cases, societal reform, creating precedent or changing lives through public interest work.” The list was published on March 26, 2024.
Theodore J. Boutrous Jr. has represented clients in federal and state appellate courts throughout the nation in a wide spectrum of cases. He has argued hundreds of appeals, including before the Supreme Court of the United States, 12 different federal circuit courts of appeals, and 11 different state supreme courts, and he has led a multitude of other complex civil, constitutional and criminal matters.
