Gibson Dunn Advised Meridiam on Formation of Meridiam North America Core Infrastructure Fund I

Gibson Dunn has advised Meridiam on the formation of Meridiam North America Core Infrastructure Fund I, a c. $4.5 billion continuation vehicle established as part of a GP-led secondary transaction to acquire a portfolio of 15 infrastructure assets located in the U.S., Canada, and Chile. The vehicle is one of the largest multi-asset continuation vehicles raised to date and included c. $2.5 billion of new capital from a global investor base.
