International Financial Law Review has named Chindata Group’s take-private as its Private Equity Deal of the Year at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2024. Gibson Dunn advised the Special Committee of Chindata on the transaction. The team included Hong Kong partner Brian Schwarzwalder, Beijing partner Qi Yue, Singapore partner Jamie Thomas, Singapore associate John Cheah, and San Francisco partner Brian Lutz. The awards were presented on March 20, 2024.
