Devin Bergstein is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, with a focus on administrative law and commercial disputes.
Devin earned his Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2021. During law school, he served as the Co-Editor in Chief of the Berkeley Journal of International Law, Co-Director of the UC Berkeley chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project, and as a teaching assistant in the Legal Research and Writing and Written and Oral Advocacy programs. Devin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University.
