BIOGRAPHY

Zachary Faircloth is a litigation associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Before joining the firm, Zach clerked for the Honorable Stuart Kyle Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Reed O’Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He graduated, summa cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2020. While in law school, he was a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar and served as Editor-in-Chief for the SMU Law Review. Zach earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University, where he served as student body president and graduated cum laude with honors in 2017.

Zach is a member of the State Bar of Texas and of the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the Northern District of Texas and the Fifth Circuit.
