Sam Falter is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson Dunn.
Sam received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2025. While in law school, he worked as a Student Attorney with Michigan’s Child Welfare Appellate Clinic, served as Associate Editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review, externed for the Hon. Jorge L. Alonso of the Northern District of Illinois, and was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Michigan, where he was part of the university’s Honors Program.
Sam is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the Northern District of California.
