Edward Ferguson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Edward served as law clerk for the Honorable Andrew S. Oldham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and for the Honorable Trevor N. McFadden of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Edward earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was Senior Editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review, served as a board member on the Marion Kirkwood Moot Court Board, and participated in the Trial Advocacy Program. He received the Gerald B. Gunther Class Prizes in Contracts and Bankruptcy, and graduated with highest pro bono distinction. Edward earned his undergraduate degree in Politics, magna cum laude, from Whitman College.
