Jimmy Pinchak is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2021. In law school, Jimmy won the championship round of Cornell’s First-Year Moot Court Competition, served as the Chancellor of the Moot Court Board, and worked in Cornell’s Capital Punishment Clinic. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and was voted an All-American Attorney at the collegiate mock trial national tournament.
Jimmy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Jimmy is admitted to practice in New York.
