BIOGRAPHY

​James O. Springer is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.  His practice focuses on financial institutions regulation and public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Springer graduated with high honors from the George Washington University Law School, where he served as a member of the George Washington Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.  He graduated summa cum laude from the George Washington University, where he completed a double major in Geography and Environmental Studies and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Springer is admitted to practice in the State of California and the District of Columbia.
