Lee Dunst, Mitch Karlan and Richard Parker Named Among National Law Journal’s 2020 Winning Litigators

The National Law Journal named New York partners Lee Dunst and Mitch Karlan and Washington, D.C. partner Richard Parker among its 2020 Winning Litigators, featuring “conquerors of the courtroom” who “have tackled some of the most widely watched cases of the year.” The list was published in The National Law Journal’s September 2020 issue.

Lee Dunst has more than two decades of experience handling significant white collar criminal and civil investigations, as well as complex civil litigations.  His practice covers a wide range of government investigations and white collar criminal and regulatory matters, as well as general commercial litigation, including securities class action cases, accountants liability cases, and general business disputes.

Mitch Karlan has more than 30 years of experience in major, complex commercial litigation, with significant concentration in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate control disputes, directors’ fiduciary duties, federal securities law, shareholder derivative actions, bankruptcy litigation, and domestic and international arbitration.  He has tried numerous jury and nonjury cases in federal and state courts.

Richard Parker is a leading antitrust lawyer who has successfully represented clients before both enforcement agencies and the courts.  He has been involved in many major antitrust representations, including merger clearance cases, cartel matters, class actions, and government civil investigations.
