Plaintiffs claimed the company had misled investors about its pipeline projects across Pennsylvania. But after U.S. District Judge Gerald McHugh in Philadelphia left only claims tied to one corrective disclosure from the company standing after cross-motions for summary judgement last year, the company entered a $15 million settlement, which received final approval from the judge last week.
