Mitch Karlan has more than 30 years of experience in major, complex commercial litigation, with significant concentration in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate control disputes, directors’ fiduciary duties, federal securities law, shareholder derivative actions, bankruptcy litigation, and domestic and international arbitration. He has tried numerous jury and nonjury cases in federal and state courts.
Lee Dunst handles a wide range of government investigations and white-collar criminal and regulatory matters, as well as general commercial litigation, including securities class action cases, accountants’ liability cases, and general business matters. His extensive experience includes white collar criminal and regulatory investigations on behalf of numerous clients across the globe, including Fortune 500 companies, accounting firms, corporate executives, and special board committees.
Nancy Hart focuses largely on complex business litigation, with particular focus in law firm defense, corporate control contests, securities litigation, and shareholder actions alleging breaches of fiduciary duties. She has significant experience representing clients in a wide range of matters in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.
