BIOGRAPHY

Josiah Bethards is an associate in the Tax Practice Group in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Dallas office. His practice focuses on the federal income taxation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and individuals. Mr. Bethards also has experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting complex joint venture agreements.

Mr. Bethards graduated from Columbia Law School in 2016 and received his B.A. in Economics from Amherst College in 2009.

Mr. Bethards is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
