Vivian Lu is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where she currently practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Vivian earned her Juris Doctor in 2020 from New York University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University in 2015.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Vivian served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kara F. Stoll of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She also worked in the Washington DC office of global intellectual property law firm in their patent prosecution group prior to her clerkship.
Vivian is a member of the bar of the State of New York and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
