Matthew Saria is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the Real Estate Department. He advises borrowers, lenders, developers, private equity funds, institutional and non-institutional investors, and operators in a range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint-ventures, financings, and securitizations.
Matthew earned his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he served as the Executive Development Editor of the Southern California Law Review. During law school he was president of the Public Interest Law Foundation, a member of International Human Rights Clinic, and was a recipient of the Edward and Eleanor Shattuck Award.
Prior to law school, he graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and was an AmeriCorps member.
Matthew is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
