As the Supreme Court continues its 2018 Term, Gibson Dunn’s Supreme Court Round-Up is summarizing the issues presented in the cases on the Court’s docket and the opinions in the cases the Court has already decided. The Court accepted 70 cases for argument this Term, and has heard arguments in 57 cases. Gibson Dunn presented 3 oral arguments this Term, in addition to being involved in 12 cases as counsel for amici curiae. The Court has granted certiorari in nine cases for the 2018 Term.
