Gibson Dunn is representing KKR in connection with its agreement to acquire the operations and assets of EDF power solutions S.A. in the United States and Canada. EDF power solutions North America operates in the U.S. and Canada and includes 6.1 gigawatts of solar and wind energy with an additional 19.2 gigawatts under development.
