Gibson Dunn Advised ReliaQuest in its Acquisition of Digital Shadows

Gibson Dunn advised ReliaQuest, a cyber security company based in Florida and a portfolio company of KKR, in its $160 million acquisition of Digital Shadows, a company delivering threat intelligence for security teams. The acquisition remains subject to customary closing requirements and regulatory approvals. Additional information is available in the company release.
