Dina R. Bernstein is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices with the firm's Corporate Department as well as the firm's Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as all aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits.
 
Ms. Bernstein earned a Juris Doctorate in 2006 from Stanford Law School, where she graduated with distinction. She earned two Bachelor degrees in 2001 from the University of California, Berkeley with a double major in Philosophy and Business Administration, where she graduated with highest honors.
 
Ms. Bernstein is admitted to practice in the state of California.
